Mamma Mia Meatballs

Tender beef and pork meatballs are served in a rich, slow-stewed tomato sauce, with seasonal vegetables.

Spaghetti and meatballs were my favourite meal as a kid, and this dish still brings me right back. Soon, I’ll be serving these as mouthwatering meatball subs at the market too!

Paired with seasonal vegetables like broccoli, carrots, potatoes, squash, or cauliflower.
